My Dad once told me "Son, this is a people business. You have to like people or you are not going to make it in this business." While much has changed over the many years since I received this advice, his words still ring true - insurance, despite the best efforts of technology, is still a people business, built on relationships, one client at a time.

The business philosophy I subscribe to is pretty simple: Do what is best for my client and the rest will take care of itself. When you work with me or any of my associates, you can be assured of the highest ethics and professionalism. I will make sure you are insured adequately, do my best to keep your premiums affordable, and be there to manage the finer details so you don't have to worry about them.

I am different from most insurance brokers in that I will try to engage you in a conversation around managing your risks. I do this because I know that those that practice effective risk management will always pay lower premiums than those that leave it to chance. Our unique "Programs Not Premiums" approach will give you a platform to drive safety in your organization and reap the many benefits this type of approach can offer.
