Louann oversees the commercial general business department at Farallone Pacific. A 30 year veteran of the industry, she is especially knowledgeable of large, complex accounts. Her unit covers a vast variety of business segments, with a special emphasis on construction, retail, wholesale, real estate, entertainment and restaurant accounts.

Away from work, Louann is an avid reader, creative artist/ "beader", and motorcycle enthusiast. She also enjoys volunteering at Meals of Marin, where she provides nutritious meals to critically ill people.
