At Farallone Pacific Insurance Services, we specialize in insurance solutions for every type of property.

Buildings over 30 years of age present many insurance dilemmas. The main street Companies such as State Farm, Farmers, Travelers & Fireman's Fund resist offering full replacement cost, adequate building ordinance and sufficient loss of rents. Many of these properties end up with Surplus Lines carriers that offer inferior coverage and high premiums.

We have the Solution: Our custom made programs offer guaranteed replacement cost, building ordinance and law coverage, 24 month loss of rents, as well as many other valuable features at a very competitive price.

Mixed Occupancy Properties:
Once again, the standard markets resist insuring buildings with a mix of habitational and commercial occupancies. We have access to two Custom Programs to resolve these problems.

Small Homeowners Associations & Condominium Conversions:
Small Homeowners Associations and Condominium conversions can be a challenge to insure. Our programs will insure properties during the conversion from developer to unit owners.

Affordable Housing
